Just had to pop on and share. I'm so crazy about this little man! He's doing pretty good, but dealing with reflux now. It's causing him to have some little Brady and desat events. He has to be free of those for five consecutive days before he is released, I'm hoping they start his meds for it sooner rather than later. All my older kids came home on Prevacid, I don't think he'll be any different! He's catching on to eating pretty quickly and should be to full oral feedings by the time we figure out his Brady issue. He's currently doing every other feeding by breast or bottle. On the breast he will nurse 30 minutes or more straight. Bottles he is taking 15-20cc which is about half of a full meal for him. This is a huge improvement as he was taking just 2-3cc yesterday morning! Anyway, here are a couple pics. He's 12 days old, gestational age 34 weeks.

What a little sweetheart! I'm so happy to hear he's doing so well. My DD2 had horrible reflux, so I know how much that stinks. Hopefully they'll get his meds worked out soon so he can feel better and get home! Thanks for sharing pictures...he is adorable!

both my girls had reflux and digestive issues. I know how hard that can be but thankfully they grew out of it fairly fast.
