How are all of you liking your flip flats? So far I am less than impressed, but I've only washed twice. Yes, they are incredibly unbelievably trim. But my bamboo flats are WAY more absorbent. With one fairly small pee they are bunching up pretty badly on my 23 month old. If he would pee again before I change him, he'd totally miss the flat, guaranteed. I got a 3 pack, and have used two. The third I actually used as a miracle style swaddling blanket for the newbie and it worked great for holding his little arms down but still letting him wriggle a bit.

Too funnyb- I was actually going to re buy them just to use as swaddle blankets for my one on the way!!

I do love them for trim absorbency but I find myself using my birdseye flats more. The cotton stretchy knit is just too weird as a diaper for me I guess. I have pretty much used only pfs or birdseye flats since I started CDIng almost 4 years ago. Also I do less padfolding at this stage (my ten month old still has pretty ebf diapers due to barely any solids) I can see this being a great diaper for when she is a toddler but I guess we will have to see about the absorbency. For us right now its EXTREMELY absorbent but it took a good 7 or 8 washes to get them that way.

I still like ours a lot. Sure they bunch a little bit but so do some heck most of my AI2 inserts that come with the diapers. If I want zero bunching I need to use a pocket! I think they hold quite a bit even after just 2 washings.

I'm going to continue prepping them more and see if I like them better. I did order a couple diaper safari pockets so i can try them stuffed in those too if they continue to bunch up for me. They are really unbelievably trim and squishy so I want to love them.
