I didnt ready every respose but I would tell your Dr how you feel as well as do natural things to prevent.
I would start taking a Liquid Calcium/Magnesiun Supplement for sure. Also magnesium oil, magnesium lotion, ect. Anything to add it to your day. Mag is what they put you on in the hospital so high doses must do something good for it. ![]() Also Lots of Protien (Min of 80-100g a day) I was just looking this up for a friens if mine. Here's helpful info I found http://www.umm.edu/altmed/articles/magnesium-000313.htm http://pregnancy.amuchbetterway.com/...iet-nutrition/ A few babies ago I had a homebirth with a amazingly knowledgeable midwide who I trust completely. My friend also used her and got Pre-E. Her advice is "A dozen eggs and a whole chicken" so TONS of protien and she said it has a very good success rate. Im not sure how often or how to keep it up. I think Id start with that advice then keep up the 100g after that.

Yeah I was on mag at the hospital, very high dose, and it made me sick as a dog. I will ask the dr today about a lower home dose...the high protein diet is controversial and I'm not comfortable with it unfortunately but I do appreciate the suggestion.
