I need ideas to get more protein

what protein count are you trying to reach? 100+
I don't eat meat and can hit 80 easy when i did track but after that yeah I think I'd have to start getting creative lol. Kudos to you ladies for taking such good care of yourselves and babe. Protein is soo important and 34+ you are doing great keep going

I find that smoothies help me get as much nutrition/protein as possible without feeling like I'm forcing down food. Hemp seed, coconut oil, avocado, spinach/kale, banana, blueberries, and lots of whole-milk yogurt are my typical blend. You can make so many flavor variations and its easy to "hide" protein sources that you don't like the taste of. Costco sells giant bags of Hemp and Chia (and fantastic frozen wild blueberries).

I'm really struggling on vacation to compensate for not having my morning smoothie.

My goals are a minimum of 125g of protein per day and 3,000 calories.
