my daughter has always been a tiny thing and I sometimes have a hard cider or mixed drink

DS was asleep about ten seconds after his head hit the pillow so at least I'm not outnumbered anymore.

I have a glass of wine every once and a while and have friends who drink a glass of beer weekly, no issues!

I had several celebratory glasses of wine (not on the same day), when DD3 was born. The percentage of alcohol in your milk is the same as what is in your blood. (so .08% if you have had 1 drink, approximate only). A very ripe orange can have that much alcohol in it. Only you know what you are comfortable with!

After not drinking for my pregnancy a beer or glass of wine every now and then is soooooo nice! I thought I couldn't have it but also read the material on kellymom and was so excited I had a beer that night.

I didnt drink with my forst but this time I have one glass of wine every once in a blue moon
