no-slip yoga gear
What do you use and recommend? Tired of my hands and feet sliding on the mat.

Re: no-slip yoga gear
I don't use a mat. Over the years we've been in houses with hardwood/laminate and houses that had carpet, and I have never used a mat. I only slip when I wear socks.

Re: no-slip yoga gear
Yay I found gloves locally, will have to order socks, thank you! I wish I could skip the mat, but our carpet is old and matted.
Do the sock things keep your foot from sliding off your pants when doing some of the standing positions?
