Banana Bread Help!
I have tried several recipes now :/
My bread comes out pretty dense, like not rising enough. Suggestions? I'm using a 1 1/2, maybe 2 pound bread machine. Recipe that just baked included yeast (I have active dry packets to use) but did not include any hot liquids for me to dissolve yeast in first. Perhaps I'm confused the way yeast dissolving and recipes work? What is your favorite banana bread recipe that can be put in bread machine? I've got three more bananas that need to be breaded!

Re: Banana Bread Help!
I have no idea because I don't have a bread machine, but here is an AWESOME banana muffin recipe that calls for 3 bananas!

Wow, I've never heard of a banana yeast bread. Good luck.
