Does anyone convert mei tais to buckle?

I feel like I might've posted this already at some point but couldn't find it...so my apologies if I did!

I have an infantino mei tai that I really like but the long straps kind of bug me especially in a back carry and I have two knots in front and never remember which is which. I'd love it if the waist and maybe even the shoulder straps could be buckles.

I have a beco butterfly that i really like but there are things I like better about how the mei tai feels - if it had buckles I feel like it would be almost perfect for us.

I've seen tutorials on converting them so I know it is possible, I just have no skills whatsoever.

Does anyone know if there is a WAHM who I can send it in who will convert it for me?
