Hi all, I made some marmalade a few weeks ago (lemon, orange, grapefruit combo). It tastes good but didn't set up well. So I have sort of a thick syrup more than anything. I mixed up with some club soda and a bunch of ice. Homemade Fresca!

What else would you do with this unset marmalade?

use it on pancakes or waffles

Use it for slow cooker beef roast.

as a sweetener for plain yogurt! I have a batch of peach skin jelly that I dubbed "syrup" and so I use it to flavor the kids' yogurt. They love it (we do it with apple peel jelly too).

I second chicken! We sauté chicken breast in marmalade and soy sauce. So yummy!
