Oh my gosh!!!

Y'all...after almost a week of dunking/swishing at least 4 sticky, awful-smelling poopy diapers a day, I am about to lose it! Why am I cloth diapering again?

How do you keep them from shifting around? My DD HATES the feel of them, and her poop just goes right through them. It. Is. Awful. If I get poop on my hands one more time, I'm honestly going to have a bonfire. Also, do you put a liner in every single diaper? We have to throw them away (which I hate) because we have a septic system and have learned the hard way that we can't flush them.

Sounds like you need a diaper sprayer lol. I lasted about a week with the dunking and swishing and felt the same way as you! My bumGenius diaper sprayer has been a life saver for me. It makes messy diapers so much more tolerable!

Diaper sprayer? Bummis biosoft liners are VERY soft. Let it sit in the toilet and "soak" that way it's easier broken down when you flush it.

ETA: I wouldn't use cloth without a sprayer. I'm not scraping, dunking or swishing poop!

LOL! I feel you. We have tried the Bummis liners, and they never stay put, which makes an even bigger mess. I might try a sprayer again. The first time we used one (in a different house), we couldn't get the water pressure to be anything but SUPER TURBO WARP SPEED, which resulted in lots of poop in my face and on my walls.

Poops are way worse to deal with in sposies lol, they run out the legs and up the back. Way worse than dealing with cloth, just try to encourage you

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm just going on Day 7 of 4-5 poopy diapers a day, and I'm growing weary. I haven't used a single sposie during that time, which I'm proud of. Sidenote: I'm one of those people that has NEVER had a poop explosion in a sposie, but I have them all the time in cloth. I'm trying to hang in there.
