How often do you change your baby?

My ds is 24 months and we change every 2 hours that he is awake. Unless he poops then it's as needed

Every hour or so... Unless DD is sleeping then it could be hours until she wakes up.

She doesn't mind feeling wet, but I like for her skin to breathe.

as needed. the good thing with cloth is that I don't have to worry about "wasting" diapers, so if he appears wet I can change, even if it's only been an hour.

As soon as they're wet. My kids don't tolerate wet skin. Could be 3 hours, could be a few times every hour.

This! 2 hours on average for most of their time in diapers. No need to extend the wear of a diaper when it is easily reused.

This exactly although if we are out and I can't get a chance to change her she can be in the same diaper for 3ish hours. If she poops I find a spot to change right away or she gets rashy like instantly.

I change her every 2-3 hours during the day and never during the night. She isn't a heavy wetter and could probably go all day in one diaper. lol
