How did Alva get a contract with Michael Miller? Swaddlebees has exclusivity on that print in PUL, I thought?

Right, but they are retailing the fabric itself and so if fabric.com.

There are a couple other diapers made from that print as well (don't remember exactly where, but not Alvas, re-lables, or SB's) I really do think that on this fabric Alva is in the clear (They totally ripped off Grovia and BG though)

That print and dino dudes are not allowed to be sold wholesale to diaper manufacturers. So if Alva is using it, they are likely buying the fabric from another fabric printer who has copied the print.
