4 year old not eating well after having a 24 hour stomach bug

I believe it's the BRAT diet to get back to normal from after the flu or vomiting.... Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast. These are easiest on the tummy and my son (who also has a sensitive tummy like me), will usually go for one of these after being ill. Takes a few days, but he'll come around.

totally normal. I usually offer bland foods or what every they will eat for a few days

let him eat what sounds good for a few days. He might be afraid of throwing up again too.

Thanks you so much everyone! Yesterday he started eating more. We have also noticed that he may have a dairy intolerance. So maybe him not eating was actually a good thing. We probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise.
