JC Trade! They are super cheap, super cute, and run really big. My 30lber is on the biggest rise setting but smallest hip and waist snaps without overlapping. They've been working awesome for us with a bamboo insert.

DD is 19 months old, but short and tiny, around 22 lbs. I love the Sandys on her. They seem like the most comfortable diaper with the elastic waistband. If you want a trimmer aio option the the Side snapping Simplex would also work. Both of these can be used as diapers, and when she shows interest in the potty they can be pull ups.
