I use tide without any problems, Iv also used all and gain on occasion if it was on sale and both worked fine as well.

I started using Target brand 'Clean and Pristine' in my HE FLer a few months ago and love it! Before that I was using Tide pods without issue

Re: I want OTC detergent for my avg H20 FLer
From what I have read, the most common OTC detergent is Tide powder. Though, I agree any of the others could work. I'm using Tide powder in my FLer without issue so far. The only thing I do different for my dipes vs regular laundry is add an extra rinse :-)

Re: I want OTC detergent for my avg H20 FLer
I use liquid, I do a warm rinse, warm wash with an extra rinse on the sheets/towels setting I cant smell the detergent when they come out of the wash and we havnt had any stink, buildup or repelling and I use a full capful for about 24 to 28 diapers all pockets with prefolds and flats
