Subbing. I need more recipe ideas for freezing with the upcoming arrival of our third child. Everything I have made so far is a pasta type dish. I also plan on making a potato dish this week. Thanks for the inspiration

Vegan Enchilada Casserole
Quinoa Veggie Burgers

I also like to make a batch of Ground Beef Substitute from http://veggieconverter.com and freeze it in 2 cup portions to have at the ready.
