mybreeders wouldn't keep pacifier in. so only suggestion is to hold in. some how but otherwise don't., maybe will find fist instead...

The nurse gave my son a pacifier at the hospital. He is now 5 weeks and really just now starting to "need" the pacifier to sleep. He has breasted like a champ from day 1, if your LO is a good feeder I wouldn't worry too much about confusion

My dd has had a paci since 4 days old, they gave it to her in the NICU, I was planning on taking it away when we got out of there. But she is very sucky, if we didn't have it she would have nursed every moment of the day. We have never had a problem with nursing and latch.
