I would def send her to that link for pumping and maybe mention more milk plus to help up her supply. Maybe make her some Lactation cookies!! Those are so yummy and what an awesome thing to do for her as well. She could take a few to work and enjoy while pumping. As for the D I wouldn't worry about giving to much. I think you have to give like a ton to overdose on it. Also depending on your area you could get outside too and get Vit D.
