We are moving next week. I am so excited.

We received a call today telling us we are approved for the apartment we have been wanting for the last 6 months. There was a 20 family waiting list for it. 3 bedroom apartments just aren't common in our area.

We will be paying $105 more in rent but water, trash, and sewer is included. Currently our rent is $500 a month plus $150 for water and sewer and $15 for trash pick up. So we will actually be saving $60 a month in water and trash bills. It also has washer and dryer hook up so we won't be losing out on that.

Also it has better insulation and newer windows. Not to mention the one shared wall. So our utility payments should also drop as well. It is also right across the street from my husbands work so no worries about our car not working either.

The apartment complex includes a swimming pool, basket ball court, plus a tennis court, and a small play area. It is also 2 blocks from a park with a baseball field and 1 block away from the brand new will be finished in early July water park. The one that we won a free family swim pass for.

I forgot we will finally have 3 bedrooms instead of 2, an actual pantry in our kitchen, and a real useable dining room, and a living room with more than 1 2'x4' window. Our food will be able to be stored in our kitchen instead of our bedroom. The dirty laundry will no longer be in our bedroom. Yes it is currently near the shelves where we keep our pantry items. Our deep freezer will fit in the kitchen instead of being next to the front door. We will actually be able to keep our clothing in our closet instead of the front coat closet. We currently have no closet in our bedroom.
