Help! Is Imodium safe while nursing?

I am out of town right now and I have diarrhea really bad. Don't want to get dehydrated. How can I stop the diarrhea ?! Is Imodium safe whole nursing?!
Please help thanks

According to kellymom, it is approved by the AAP for use by nursing mothers. It's an L2.

When I checked safefetus, though, Imodium AD comes up as a C, and just Imodium comes up as a B, even though it has two ingredients while the AD has one. safefetus.com/search.php/index/search/type/1/letter/i

I would probably trust kellymom and use it, though. But that's just me.

You can use an anti-nausea too while breastfeeding. I have used it before. Nothing worse than puking and pooping while trying to be a mommy. Hope you feel better.

Oh man, that's rough. I hate when it's affected both sides.

Try to keep fluids in you, tiny bits at a time. I would also take the Imodium.
