Positive spottig and cramping stories?

Could really use some happy ending stories for anyone who spotted and cramped in early labor.

I'm assuming early pregnancy not early labor.

I had spotting, clots, and severe cramping early in my first pregnancy. The cramps were as painful as my later labor pains. My daughter wound up going 3 weeks over due. She is now a healthy happy almost 14 year old.

I had spotting and cramping with dd. She was my first baby that I didn't miscarry. I was a nervous wreck but everything was just fine. I'm now 23 weeks with dd2 and have had spotting twice during the first and second trimester. :/ so far everything looks fine. Good luck mama. I'm praying for you!!!

Bless you both. I do mean the early pregnancy spotting. I know it doesn't always mean the worst. When you have had many m/c it is just the go to assumption. So glad for your great outcomes!

I bleed in 5/6 of my pregnancies. 3/5 of those ended in m/c.

with this one I had severe cramping and bright red bleeding around 5 weeks. I'm currently 13 weeks and have seen baby 3 different times.

Could easily be an SCH. Just no way to know unless they check your blood work or do a u/s. Good luck!!

I spotted with this baby from 7 weeks to around 8.5 weeks. Everything has looked perfect and we don't really know what the cause was. I tested positive for excessive Strep B growth and went on ABX and the spotting stopped. I suspect it was the Strep B as I spotted a lot once before when I had a proliferation of the bacteria. (I wasn't pregnant the first time I had issues with it it, either.) I hope the spotting/bleeding stop and that you get some reassuring news very soon, OP!

Never had it myself, but as a mentor mama to newbie preggies for years and years now, it happens A LOT and doesn't always mean anything at all. Sometimes it's just your body getting used to the new little one inside. Do get checked, but DONT stress. <3

I cramped and spotted for my last pregnancy at about 12 weeks........everything was fine :-)

I spotted from 9 weeks to 14 weeks with this baby. We never figured out why. 32 weeks now and baby is perfect!
