New Imagine flats - any guesses?!

I know they said information won't be released for a few weeks (cry!!!) BUT anyone want to guess what it might be?!

I am underwhelmed by the new BGE so I am moving forward to the next big hype! Plus I am debating between flip flats or these to pad fold with for baby #2.

Here is what I think (and hope & wish!):

A cotton/hemp jersey blend flat that is serged on all edges. Hope for a cost around 6 for $24.

I was looking at their page & they make a cotton/hemp jersey for their breast pads so the company has the material available ... Right?

That would be awesome! We can hope, right? I'm also VERY underwhelmed by the new BGE.

ETA: I LOVE my Thirsties duo hemp pfs that I ripped the seam out of to make semi-flats, but yeah there is still a lumpy edge even then. I'd adore that fabric as a true flat with serged edges!! Well, as long as it doesn't roll or wrinkle up too much on the edges.

Lol! I gave up talking diapers to hubby bc he thinks I am nutty about them

Any hints?! Or an idea for the release date?

I DID THIS TO MINE TOO! Mine aren't lumpy though :head scratch:

I spent the past two days ironing my 2 dozen flats. I HATE the wrinkled edges!

Yes this exactly!!! If this isn't the new imagine flat then I think I'll stick with thirsties & de-loop them
& deal with the small bump. I am tired of trying new things!

Thirsties sells seconds in their outlet store: http://www.thirstiesoutlet.com/ Though, I have personally never seen any of their prefolds listed, I'm sure it happens at some point, right? I mean, they can't all come out perfect?

What you are describing sounds a lot like a hemp babies flat to me - cotton / hemp blend, serged, true flat. Though, those are $7.50 each, which is about twice as much as you are hoping for :-) I should add that they are knit, and you didn't say if you were hoping for knit or woven...

I'm interested to see what the new imagine flat is too, but I am getting tired of the hype and waiting on the "next big / new thing".

I am also underwhelmed by the BGE. I mean, why not just by Flips and day-time inserts? That's pretty much what the new BGE is, except the Flips and inserts are way cheaper. I guess you had to fold them and put them in, put for me, the extra cost way outpaces the convenience of not folding the insert...
