healthy cooking for family - has anyone tried freezing uncooked chicken fingers?

Hi eveyone. I'm looking for healthy recipes I can use for my family.

My family love chicken fingers. I coat them with flour, egg, then breading (breadcrumbs, or wheat thins).
Has anyone tried freezing coated and uncooked chicken fingers? If so, how did they turn out?

I do this all the time. I freeze them on a cookie sheet then in a freezer bag. I then baker them
