Good crock pot oatmeal recipes?

Can anyone give me your favorite ways to flavor crock pot oatmeal? We really like those packets of flavored instant oatmeal but they are probably not so good for you and not terribly thrifty. I really want to get in the habit of having oatmeal ready in the crock pot in the mornings but I need some good flavoring ideas that will persuade my husband to want it on a regular basis. Thanks!

We have made the cocoa banana one and my husband loved it! It "steeps" overnight in the fridge and you eat it cold instead of actually cooking it in the crockpot. There are 8 varieties on that link and then 8 more on a link within that link. We will be trying more! It was so fast
