Re: Favorite sandwich bread recipe thats easy?

I wanted to double this recipe tonight and bake half of it into cinnamon rolls in the morning. At what point do you guys put yours into the freezer? After the first rise I'm thinking?

It's a pretty dense dough so if you freeze it tonight, it might not thaw out enough to make cinnamon rolls in the morning. I'd go ahead and assemble the cinnamon rolls and even let them do their second rise, THEN freeze them, then it won't be so dense when it's thawing out and you can bake it right after it's thawed instead of waiting for it to also rise again. Maybe. I've never tried that so I don't know how it would work.

I got side tracked and didn't get the dough made last night. And cinnamon rolls would be so good right now.

That looks heavenly!

I just put a batch of the other ones in the fridge for tomorrow (so proud of myself!) and I pinned your recipe for the next time!
