Need help installing sprayer on weird toilet!!! (Photo included)

I just moved into a new apartment and I've never seen a toilet set up like this! The shut off valve is not in the wall...you can see it in the photo. I'm at a loss as to how to re-install my sprayer to this toilet! The connection at the valve seems smaller also than the sprayer connection. Do I need some sort of adapter or something?

Please help! Can't live without my sprayer!!!

This is a link of how to do a DIY one, but it should give you all the parts you need to know. I think you are going to need an adapter, but I cannot tell by looking at it which one, the tutorial should help at least identify things.

The sticker in the pic identifies the supply line as 3/8in most sprayers are 1/4in if this is the case with yours you will need to go to a hardware store and get a downsizer for your sprayer to hook it up.

Ah, so do you think I will need BOTH these pieces to connect it?
EDIT: Oh nevermind, these are for the standard 1/4" connection. The DIY tutorial only gives info for the standard 1/4" connection, not the 3/8" like I have. Ugh, I'm so bad at this stuff!

That looks like my apt toilet set up, what kind of sprayer do you have? I removed the silver pipe they have attached to the wall and just attached my sprayer. I will go snap a pic, brb


having issues with photobucket, but here it is, I removed their whole set up and put mine on, I put their stuff under the sink so I can replace it when we move.

Yes, mine is from ebay, mr bidet something, it is the 3/8.
I have the sprayer itself going under the toilet and hooked up to the sink side since I am right handed, works really well, you can do this w/o buying anything else.

Nevermind! I did it! I guess I was looking at the part near the valve, but that stayed like that. I unscrewed it near the toilet where the plastic piece was and the sizes were compatible after all. It's hooked up, but leaking at the part that connects to the diaper sprayer hose. I think it just needs to be tightened more than I can do by hand and can't find a wrench big enough.
