switched labels, HELP!

i have sold so much on here, ebay and other mama forums and i have NEVER made a single mistake and i feel like such an idiot but i swapped labels! i had one mama buy clothes and the other mama buy diapers and i switched the labels sending the diapers to the mama who bought clothes and vice versa, they were both in flat rate envelopes. What is my best option here? what should i do? send money to each of them to send them back to me and then send them back out the RIGHT way? or could i send them each the money to ship them to eachother??? thank you in advance for any advice, i am so upset with myself for being so careless

If they are willing to share their addresses with the other party, then you can send them each money to ship to the other with DC. If they are not comfortable with that though, then you will need to pay return shipping to you and then send it out again

No problem. It happens to the best of us. I managed to make it 6 years without doing it and then did last fall with a co-op

that makes me feel better i got very lucky and both mamas are being SO kind and understanding and no one is angry with me lol! its all working out, phew

this happened to me last january after 50+ successful sales/trades- mama A wanted to keep mama B dipes so she paid for them with her next paycheck (2 week wait), mama B got more dipes from me and i send her money to ship mama A her initial dipes. it was very sad time for me but the mama's were willing to work with me, thank goodness! i had to take a loss with additional shipping ($12) and 3 NIP diapers, but it was my fault and i pay extra attention to correctly shipping items now.

Explain the situation. You can always ask each lady to refuse the package so when the items return to you ... you can resend them correctly.

they 2 mamas were SO understanding and nice about the whole thing! i only lost about 15$ which stinks but now i will be so much more careful! im telling you, i could never run my own business lol!

Glad it worked out. I did this last fall when I sold off out stash of 50+ GMs. There were days I was filling 6 or 7 packages. I feel lucky that it only happened once.
