Feeding My Toddler ??
I have a friend who feeds her kids a waffle and a banana for breakfast and a PB&J and some other type of fruit, usually strawberries or blueberries, for lunch.
Dinner is typically not an issue for us & in the morning I cut up fruits and veggies for our snacks. I want something simple and consistent like what my friend does, but my toddler won't cooperate & I'm not sure how healthy that is anyways. It would just put a lot of pressure on me to make a really healthy dinner. I also really don't want to have to spend a lot of time cooking or cleaning afterwards. What do you feed your picky toddler for breakfast and lunch? How much snacking do you allow? Thanks for sharing! |

Re: Feeding My Toddler ??
Hungry Caterpillar is posting tips on this very subject right here in the Kitchen forum. Take a look. Her thread is called Toddler Meal Planning.
