Raspberry leaf tea
Forgive me if this has been asked before, I am new to this forum. I am 38w4d and have recently received a few recommendations to try raspberry leaf tea. Is it too late for it to be beneficial? If not, how much should I be drinking? TIA!

Re: Raspberry leaf tea
I don't think it's too late. At your gestational stage, I'd probably start with 3 cups a day.
It just tones your uterus to help with labor. If you go into labor at 39 weeks, might not have helped, but if you go 40 or longer, I bet it will help. I started at 32 or 33 weeks, 1 cup a day, at 36, I'll start 2 cups a day and at 38, I plan to start 3 cups a day.

Re: Raspberry leaf tea
I drink it throughout the whole pregnancy and worst case, it's inexpensive to get a box at the local store and it's not going to make labor worse on you.
