Trying to become Verified Seller--help?

I became a member of DS back in 2009 when I was expecting my DD. I bought several cloth diapers on the FSOT forum. Then life intervened and I dropped off the site for a couple of years.

Now I would like to sell my stash; they are still in excellent condition. I have looked at all the info on how to be a Verified Seller and gotten to this page:

and I'm stuck. There don't appear to be any links on that page that take me to the various steps I need to accomplish. I know I've been a member for more than 15 days. I don't know how many posts I accumulated before I dropped out of sight. I know I linked a verified PayPal account to my account because I used it to pay for my diapers.

How do I jump through the hoops I need to jump through so I can sell my stuff? Help?

I am curious as to why there is a post requirement; I couldn't find that in the FAQ.

We want our sellers to be an active part of our community, not just here to sell. It makes the buyers more comfortable and has proven to lessen the occurrence of scamming.
