I had been thinking of doing something similar, so I copied you!. Well not really. I don't have the flop out insert. I just sewed in a prefold but left it open in back and front for stuffing if needed. I'm gonna try it out and if I like it I might scoop up the flip covers for sale locally for $6 and make some more. But maybe with a better inner.....thanks for the post!.
