I have a BSW cover, no snap in inserts with it. Baby SoftWrap Covers are made with a cotton knit fabric that has been laminated with 1 mil of PUL. They are then lined on the inside with micro fleece to insure that no snaps or elastic touches your baby. To top things off, there is Malden Mills fleece around the legs to help contain messes and provide even more comfort.
