Ebay fees

Just complaining for a minute! I've been doing pretty good decluttering and selling most on eBay and just using that money to buy anything that's have been a necessity or transferring the rest to the bank. But man the eBay fees sure add up!

I hear ya. I sold some stuff on there lately and barely made much after paypal & ebay selling fees.

But our craigslist around here STINKS!

Yep, but it's the price you pay to target a ton of people basically. You might never sell or else wait for a long time to sell your item otherwise.


They do add up really quickly though.

I know especially on shipping costs now that they charge for that as with as listing few if your go over the allotted amount for free, final value, and sipping now. not sure why they charge die shipping and then I have delays pm funds on Paypal as well....gggrrrr

ebay fees / Paypal issues are discouraging, so I have not tried the ebay international yet.

This is me too. I sold a pair of shoes for $12 or $15 (can't remember) but by the time I was done with shipping and fees I think I made $4? Even a recent diaper sale for $6 only returned $3. I go back and forth about whether that 3 & 4 $ are worth the time.
