Re: hemp flats
I have Hemp Babies flats. I tried Little Fox Diapers hemp flats but didn't like them (they were a funny size making it difficult to fold).
Hemp flats are my favorite diaper. If I had to go to one type of diaper, they would be it. The only issue with the Hemp Babies though is that they are kind of small, once my babies hit one they are only useful as padfolded doublers.

I have Geffen baby hemp jersey flat & a hemp babies flat. Both don't have edges that lay flat (for me at least) so that might be a deal breaker for me. I can't tell you about absorbency because we only diaper at night now & haven't been brave enough to mess up our night solution. The hemp jersey is soft & thin but the hemp babies flat seems more durable. Pad folded it would last awhile I think.

I took the loop out of my thirsties hemp prefolds to make them more like flats and I love them like that.

I have Hemp Babies and Geffen hemp flats. The Geffen is much smaller but thinner and softer too. The HB is larger, more absorbent but a bit more "crunchy" if that makes sense. It works great pad folded in a pocket (we used this combo successfully last night). It's a bit trickier to snappi, but it works. Geffen flats would work well on a smaller baby or for daytime IMO. They are both great products.

![]() ETA if I had to have only one diaper in my stash, undone Thirsites prefolds and flip covers would be it. It's unbelievably trim and absorbent. ![]() Here is what they look like "undone" if anyone is curious ![]() ![]()
