Smile So sorry to keep you all waiting!

It's worth it, I promise!

On February 6th, Eric and I were getting ready for bed, and he noticed me wince a few times. Asking if I was OK, I told him,"It's finally starting." Due to the blizzard we were about to have Eric wasn't going to work the next day. (YAY!)

Anyway, it took about a day-and-half of tough labor, but I was squatting in our living room, next to a roaring fire, with it snowing like a banshee outside. I reached down to caress the head. All I felt was buttock! Eric helped support the babe, as he emerged ("sunny-side up" to boot!). Eric Jr. was 7lbs 9oz, 20.5 inches.

The "babymoon" was glorious, and we are loving every minute of parenthood!
