when did IC's change to 10 second dip instead of the 3 seconds?

Okay just got my new batch of IC's and they are in pink packages now, instead of blue and white.

But they say to dip for 10 seconds, all the ones throughout the years have always been 3 seconds, correct?

At 10 seconds aren't they going to be to saturated and maybe not read properly?

Nobody know about the time length change.

Yes I remember this change. I dipped the new ones until I could see pee coming up onto the test area. Probably 5-6 seconds. Always worked fine.

This is exactly what I do. Dip until I see the dye enter the theft area then lay flat.

Mine do not specify a length of time to dip.

I did mine 5 seconds and they always worked fine. 3 seconds just seems way too short for me!
