So I am absolutely in love with these BabyLegs

I would like to find a wool colorway to match so I can have a skirty made for DD for this summer. Preferably on a durable, but not crazy expensive base. I have no idea where to start looking and don't know a lot about all the different dyers.

I've never had custom woolies made, but for some reason these colors have inspired me and I think it would be just darling for her to have something that matches!

So cute (must resist going to babylegs and buying). I can't think of any girly colorways that would match but there may be some boy colorways. You could also get someone to custom dye something for you. If I was to get those I would probably do a skirty in matching solids with a duplicate stitch hedgehog on the bottom.

I don't really mind a "boyish" colorway . . . a skirty will make it girly enough! Most of DDs diapers and wool are boyish and GN anyway!

I think a boyish colorway would be really cute. I just meant that I don't really know anything about boy colorways.

what about having someone make you a striped skirty with the mushrooms dup stitched on them?

if you go with solid stripes then you can get cascade 220 for about $12 a skein

I think these colors might match

Buttercup (Cascade 220)

Duck Egg Blue (Cascade 220)

or

Blue Hawaii (Greenland Merino Superwash)

Lemon Heather (Greenland Merino Superwash)

The leggings again next to the yarn

Then I start browsing the Cascade site:

Celery (Magnum Paints)

I think the buttercup and duck's egg are lovely! Also if you want to use it as a cover, the wool can't be super wash.

Thanks! Yeah, I realized that after I picked them out and googled what superwash was LOL!

I'm still on the hunt for something *perfect*

I bet cascades spring meadow that you linked before would match well and you can get non superwash. Purewool Rio de Janero might also match.
