Re: NTNP March 17th - 23rd

Finally got a new thread up! Sorry I dropped the ball last week ladies. I wanted to let you all know that DH and I have decided to prevent for awhile. We have both been praying about and feeling led to missions, and as we try and figure out exactly what the Lord has for us we have decided to prevent pregnancy. I am completely at peace with preventing right now, and have felt my desire for a pregnancy disappear.

Would anyone be interested in taking over the thread?

Hope you are all having a great start to your week!

It's awesome that you are at peace with your decision! I've always had a passion for missions, particularly short term trips, I even did my college internship with a mission organization stateside. Up until I met my husband I thought I would go into full time missions, instead God called me to marry a goofy minister! I'm looking forward to when my kids are older and we can take them on trips with our church! I hope things go well for you as you seek where you are supposed to be!

I'm still really new around here and I don't think I'd feel comfortable taking over the thread.

AFM: I'm at 12/13dpo I think and I plan to test tomorrow. I was going to test two days ago, but DH wanted me to wait till tomorrow when I'd be more likely to get an accurate result. I'm trying to respect his wishes, but I'm so wanting to go test now! I had some major mood swings last week that were more intense than my usual PMS and I got my normal one pimple, but it was in the wrong spot. I've had a crampy feeling all morning today. I guess I'll know more tomorrow!

My iDevices are out to get me. Please excuse mistakes.

Re: NTNP March 17th - 23rd

CD2 here for me. My first AF since the m/c. I'm happy to be cycling again (and so soon!) and hoping to get a break from the last 5 weeks of spotting -- after AF finishes, that is.

I'm having some (a little) anxiety about NTNP taking longer than actively TTC. Yet it was really nice to see the past 5 weeks zoom by because I wasn't scrutinizing my cycle on a day-to-day basis. Time just crawled last year when I was actively TTC.

Aw! We'll miss you, Ashlie!

Stalking you, momEmac!

I'm reovering well from the flu, should be Oing this week and trying my best to ensure a decent shot at a BFP.

BFN. I used a walmart cheapie with FMU and its stark white. My boobs are still super sore, which isn't a PMS symptom for me, so something is going on. I thought I was about 12dpo today but could be as early as 9dpo. With DS I got the sore boobs at 10-12dpo (I wasn't positive when I o'd with him either, just a general idea) and tested the first time 5 days later, so at 15-17dpo, and got a strong positive. So I get to wait more. It doesn't help that I'm on cd34 and I usually have 28-30 day cycles.

My iDevices are out to get me. Please excuse mistakes.
