Grateful Buns longies sz M $15ppd :)
I bought this a few months ago, tried once and sadly it just doesn't fit well.
THREE layers for heavy wetters - day or night!
Made from a Merino sweater from "Banana Republic".
* * * The "holes" on the inside are INTENTIONAL, meaning they are part of the pattern of the sweater used * * * they're also hard to find, but just in case.......
Inside: 95% Lambswool, 5% Cashmere in medium gray
Outside: 81% Merino, 16% Nylon, 3% Lycra in cream
3rd Layer: 100% Wool
Legs: 90% Merino, 9% Nylon, 1% Lycra in cream
Waist: 90% Merino, 9% Nylon, 1% Lycra in cream
The size is MEDIUM, fitting approximately from 10 to 20 lbs (4.5 to 9 Kilo), with measurements as follows:
Waist : 15" at rest, stretching to +26"
Rise: 9" in front, 10" in back for a better fit over bulky diapers (total rise: 19”)
Inseam: 13.5" (middle of crotch to end of legs)
Grateful Buns are heavily lanolized with LIQUID LANOLIN on the inside only. Most Grateful Buns Diaper covers will be very sticky on the inside due to the lanolin and might be a little difficult to put on. Don’t give up! The lanolin really works itself into the fibers and stays there for a while, so you only have to lanolize again if you thoroughly wash the cover. If you’re using a specialized, lanolin-containing wool wash like Eucalan or Kookaburra, you might not have to lanolize at all.
I also put a few drops of essential (NOT fragrance!) lavender oil into the lanolin for its antimicrobial properties. Of course, it smells good, too…..
