Mother's Milk Tea
How much Mother's Milk tea did you have to drink to see a supply boost? I just got some yesterday. I drank 5 cups yesterday and plan to drink more if I can today. I love the taste of it.

I'm interested in this as well. I've been drinking if for a couple of weeks...I nurse during the day..baby gets 3 ounces of formula at 7 and DH gives her breast milk bottles at night and I pump...I also try to fit in a pumping during the day when babe is napping. I can usually pump 9-10 ounces a day :-)

Re: Mother's Milk Tea
I drink this too and try to at least take 2 cups a day. I do some other stuff too, though, so I'm not sure which thing is helping. ;-) I take sprouted fenugreek seeds, am eating oats, lactation cookies, basically anything to not have to pump all the time because it feels like such a chore and I don't want to suck the joy out of breastfeeding.
