Backing for applique tees?

Anyone know what the backing is called that you can use to cover the back of an applique? They're so darn scratchy and I'd like to be able to cover them up, but can't find what it's called anywhere! Thanks!

Thank you!! Doing more research, it's also called 'fusible tricot', but I've had a heck of a time finding it. Ordering now...
