Re: Honest brand detergent?

I asked before and someone said you can't use it. BUT then I was searching the web and saw other Cloth Diaper forums raving about how great it for their diapers. So, IDK... Would love to hear more thoughts on this

Re: Honest brand detergent?

I have been using it for a few weeks so far and no issues yet Honest liquid detergent) I dont think I would try the laudry pods on cloth diapers though, or the laudry booster for that matter. I just feel like the plastic thingy that melts in the water can leave a residue depending on what you wash, how much water, temperature etc. I used a pod in cold water and found a half dissolved pod on the bottom of the washer when the wash was done. Sometimes things come out feeling greasy too. I am guessing thats from the clear film.

If you look on the site, the Laundry Pods say they can be used with diapers, and the ingredients are right in line with Country Save. I was going to try them in my bundle this month but ran out of detergent and bought Country Save locally...but when it's running low Honest pods are on the list! As a side note I asked about their diaper balm and it can be used with cloth as well! I just got some today so I haven't used it yet but looks like a great all purpose salve.

Re: Honest brand detergent?

Here are the companies products ratings on EWG http://www.ewg.org/guides/search?utf...age=15&x=0&y=0 Their laundry detergent looks to have comparable ingredients to Ecos which is really good for cloth diapers, so I'd guess this would work good too. Although Planet liquid detergent is just as good for cloth diapers and is much more environmentally friendly

We have used it with no problems so far, and yes we LOVE the Healing Balm for pretty much everything.

Ditto the healing balm. I use it on chapped lips and dry nipples currently. I had really dry nipples for weeks, no idea why, but when I started using the balm in about a week they were back to normal.

Re: Honest brand detergent?

awesome, thanks everyone! i would probably stick to the regular liquid, when i've looked at pods in the past they're so much more expensive per wash. i was just thinking of trying out their bundle package, so i was curious if it would work.
