Flour sack or Diaper Rite flats?
I'm trying to decide. Money is sort of an issue. I'm adding them to a NB rotation of:
12 NB GMD PF's 12 Unbleached no name PF's (a little bigger than the NB's/smaller than yellow edges) 4 AIO's 6 NB Pockets 6 PUL covers 1 Wool cover 2 snappis Wondering if Diaper Rite would be better or can I get away with Flour Sack Towels? Also, is it hard to Snappi a flat because of how thick they are? How many snappis do I need? I want a few more covers too, going to crochet a few more NB woolies and get a few more PUL Thirsties.

Re: Flour sack or Diaper Rite flats?
I would go with DR. They are really soft and more absorbent than flour sack towels. I always always snappi my flats and I have never had any issue. I only have two snappis and one of them never gets used. The snappi is always on the baby so it never gets lost.
I hope that helps.

We use snappis and boingos in our flats. Both work great.
DR flats are softer and more absorbent but I like our FST too. They are TRIM. Under a flip:

Re: Flour sack or Diaper Rite flats?
Flour sacks are just not as absorbent but they are thinner and would be fine for a newbie. But for the long run diaper rite would be a better choice. bUT fs are easy to buy and very cheap so I would get a pack to see if you like them

Re: Flour sack or Diaper Rite flats?
diaper rite is very popular so you cant go wrong. I had 2 snappies and that was just fine. every once in a while I would misplace one but that didnt happen often.
