I agree. I cannot imagine performing my job competently while caring for my infant. Maybe it's variable depending on your job and babies temperament

DS is 3 mo old and has been coming to work with me since 3 weeks old. But I'm the boss so I can pretty much do that. Love it though- no daycare and all day nursing. Plus extra baby time!
