Meals for 14 month old

I am in desparate need of meals for my 14 month old. He is currently not eating cheese, yogurt, and cottage cheese due to a possible dairy allergy. I can sub out milk for almond milk.

This is what he will eat: tuna, quiches (loves eggs), hamburger/turkey meat with taco or spaghetti seasoning, quiona cups, any vegetable or fruit, peanut/sunflower/almond seed butter on bread, noodles with vegi pesto or spaghetti sauce, breakfast foods- pancakes, waffles, french toast, muffins, etc., oatmeal.

We do not do a whole lot of processed foods and I generally make everything from scratch. I am running out of ideas other than to feed him breakfast foods two meals a day.

Suggestions or websites that I can browse for ideas would really be appreciated.

I haven't made many of the recipes from here, because I found this site after my kids were toddlers, but a good one is

Re: Meals for 14 month old

Sounds like he eats a lot of variety which is good. I mostly do "nibble tray" sorts of meals for my 15mo. So I just cut up fruit, cooked veggies (usually sweet potato, avocado, brocolli, carrot), some pieces of whatever meat and starch and she feeds herself. Easy stuff to keep on hand, I often save enough of a family meal to feed her another meal the next day.

what about: rice, soups, beans, smoothies, hummus, scrambled egg
