Any suggestions on making them more tolerable? The one I currently have started last night and has progressively gotten worse all day.

Re: Headaches

I have horrible headaches. They say only use Tylenol but I have tried excedrin without aspirin. Let me know if anything helps for you

Re: Headaches

The doctor told me you can do acetaminophen, but should avoid naproxen & ibuprofen, regardless of what the brand is...IDK, I do my baby aspirin in the morning still & haven't had h/a problems yet.

Other things you can do to address it depend on the kind of h/a. For tension, I would do a heat wrap to the neck/shoulders for 10-15 min. For migraines, I would drink some caffeine, for sinus, a safe antihistamine &/or netti pot.

I was going to post about this the other day I have been getting really bad ones that make me get sick. Ones at work and then yesterday when I was driving home from getting the kids from school. Not fun not fun at all. The only thing that is helping that I find is drinking a very small cup of coffee. Ugh I hope they go a way soon for us.

Re: Headaches

I had a HORRIBLE headache over the weekend, and the only thing that worked was a cup of coffee! I am trying to eliminate caffeine, but it is SO hard!!!

Re: Headaches

There is a pressure point on the "webbing" of skin between the thumb and and forefinger. If you squeeze that really hard (I mean your hand should hurt) it can help with headaches. Also, make sure you are drinking lots of water.

Hope you feel better!!

I tend to get tension headaches and hate that I can't take ibuprofen during pregnancy Acetaminophen does nothing. A warm bath helped the other day. I want to look into a monthly chair massage or something.
