Re: Dolls that fit into preemie and newborn clothes?

My old Cabbage Patch doll fits newborn clothes perfectly. I think they are "new" again in the stores. At least I thought I saw one around Christmas time. I don't get out shopping much.

I should have said perfectly for little ones to get the clothes on and off because of the extra room.

The Corolle 17" doll fits in newborn and preemie clothing. They smell sooo good too. I buy them on Amazon. They make smaller versions that are really cute too.

Re: Dolls that fit into preemie and newborn clothes?

I posted a similar thread a few months ago for my 3 year old. I originally didn't want a doll with hair either. I got all the same recommendations as you but wasn't really happy with the options. Bitty baby seemed too small and both bitty baby and corelle seemed way too expensive for what you got and dare I say it but I didn't think their faces were very cute. Then someone mentioned lee middleton dolls. I looked at them and they are absolutely adorable. Their faces are so lifelike and beautiful. They look more like a show doll then a kids baby doll. They fit in 0-3 month clothing too. Dd loves her baby 'Mia' and I kinda like the hair now too.

Hey mama! Would you still like to see a pic? I completely forgot about this thread until now. We have both a bitty baby (from when i was little!!) and a target dolly and honestly, I prefer the target doll. It seems to be easier to get dressed (it's floppier). Honestly, the best part about the target doll is they're $9.99 they can get loved and dragged around, hold up well, but are cheap to replace! I also like them because I prefer non-white baby dolls (even though my dd is mixed race but looks like Casper the ghost ) and targets is really cuteee! Just let me know and I'd me happy to post a pic!
