Bamboozles for overnight?

I'm thinking about trying Bamboozles for our night diapers but I hate velcro and microfiber. I'm thinking because I don't have to touch the microfiber I can get past that (as long as it doesn't stink) and if the velcro doesn't snag my other diapers in the wash it's not that big of a deal. What do you think about Bamboozles?

Re: Bamboozles for overnight?

I actually love our bamboozles for overnight. The velcro is very strong so once you stick the tabs down for washing, you should not have any problem with snagging. The only stink issues I have ever had with them is when my son started to be more and began eating more solids. I found that rinsing them out as soon as I took them off of him in the mornings solved this problem.

I love them!! They're really trim but absorb a ton. They don't fit quite as long as some other OS fitteds - up to 30 pounds ime. But I never had issues with the Aplix. It's amazing stuff!

I find it kind of funny that my old Bamboozles are snap closure and no microfiber! LOL!

yep! I loooooved the old ones, I had them in size 1 for my son and used them at night all the time. I'm not sold on the new version at all, haven't bothered trying them at the price point considering they have microfiber, I feel they should cost less

Re: Bamboozles for overnight?

Ah! I just realized that you sent me message about this, and although I had great intentions to respond when I got to a computer, I completely forgot!

I like our bamboozles. They are really soft, and the veclro is super easy. I love our sandy's too, but since we stopped using wool, I don't love the hip snaps being pressed into his hips with the PUL cover. The bamboozle alone isn't absorbent enough for my SUPER soaker. We lay in a bamboo flat and then it's great.

Re: Bamboozles for overnight?

I loved bamboozles for nighttime when we were using fitteds. I used them with the snap in doubler and an additional Green Line doubler (or other type or doubler). Any size doubler would fit in them, I love that the elastic is not incased. The velcro is strong like Tots Bots Easy Fits and is great. And they are SO soft! I can't stand microfiber either, but since I didn't have to touch it, I never had issues with these. I didn't have any trouble with stink either.
