Weft Mohair for Dolls?

Anyone know where I can find weft mohair for Waldorf dolls like what Dragonfly's Hollow uses? I absolutely adore it and I think I want to try to make a second Waldorf doll for my daughter (or maybe for me) but that's the kind of hair I want. Also, how would I sew it? Any good tutorials? I've only seen when using straight yarn, not long strips. Thanks!

(All photos property of Dragonfly's Hollow. I couldn't get them to upload directly from my computer so I added them to Flickr so they could be in the post instead of just links. It's stated in their descriptions on Flickr that they're property of Dragonfly's Hollow).

I spin. My answer comes only from seeing stuff at fiber festivals. The curly stuff looks like mohair roving that has been shorn and kept in its original lock structure. It looks like its serged to some kind of tape.

Google mohair locks. I found this.

I thought the word "weft" or "wefted" meant that the loose locks were held together in a line by whatever structure that is at the top. (Now I'm off to google, lol). I was wondering about the best place to buy it. These locks look smooth but when I've looked on my own what I've found looks dry and frizzy.

Oh wow! I couldn't find anywhere on their website that says it's human hair. You'd think something like that would be disclosed.

Yes, I'd love some links! Thanks!
