I don't know about 14" dolls but I do know that preemie clothes do fit cabbage patch dolls.

Preemie clothes fit great on the Bitty Baby dolls from American Girl I know. I think those are bigger than 14" though. Target and Walmart both carry smaller baby doll clothes that would fit. I think they say 13-15" on the packages.

Re: Would preemie clothes fit a 14in doll?

I've bought carters pm clothes for DD's 16' & 18' dolls. the footies are a bit big on the 16, but a little short on the 18'. all of the pants have waists that are too big, so I have to alter them.

If you look on etsy I bet you can find a bunch of stuff that will fit. What kind of doll is it?

My daughter was 14 inches and 2.11 pounds when she was born. Preemie clothes were enormous on her for about 3 months.
